For any project to be successful, its requirement definition must be clearly established and aligned. We collaborate closely with our clients to create a detailed and structured Project Requirement Specification (PRS), ensuring that business goals are fully understood and documented before moving into development.

1. Smart Solutioning & Cost Optimization:
During requirement analysis, we actively propose optimized and scalable solutions that reduce long-term costs and improve flexibility. For instance:
- In one of our SaaS platform projects, we introduced a modular and plugin-based architecture, enabling feature-level customization without impacting the core system. This significantly improved scalability and reduced future development costs.

3. Automated Testing & Quality Assurance:

Design & Process

Every project has a business purpose, which may be to increase the performance, re-define exhisiting process using latest technology etc. So, it becomes absolutely important for us to understand the business process of your project. We work in close collabaration with your business units to document the goals of your project, which further would be the basis for our system testing.

1. All the code that we develop will passes goes through PMD (pmd.sourceforge.net). This is a tool from Apache, which scans source code and looks for potential problems, possible bugs, unused and suboptimal code.

2. Requirements are analyzed to review for any industry patterns to be accomodated. These patterns are documented not only in the design but also in the code.

3. All the delivered code will be documented with appropriated references to its requirements. This has not only helped in tracebility, maintainability but also in enchancements and readbility.

4. Application go through Automated testing and the back end services are analyzed for potential issues related to System resources such as Memory, CPU, Network usage etc..
